Light Blue 2024.1.1 release notes

We’ve just released Light Blue 2024.1.1, which is a minor update that adds new features and fixes bugs reported since we launched Light Blue 2024.1. It includes the following changes:

  • When viewing potential duplicate contacts, the list now displays their dates of birth and their next shoot date and title, to help you identify the contacts.
  • When replying to an email with an email template, Light Blue now preserves the original subject line instead of using the subject line from the email template.
  • When querying for contacts, you can now use linked incoming data in your query. e.g form submissions.
  • When importing sales from a CSV file, you can now import a purchase order reference.
  • Increased the email attachment limit when sending messages via our servers to 10MB, up from 5MB.
  • Added a confirmation message step when you try to import a setup file.
  • Changed the online payment receipt email template “None” option to “Generic Receipt Email” to more accurately describe what will be sent.
  • Added a warning when you try to use the “Save and Add Another” button in a shoot schedule step when the description field is blank.
  • Fixed a crash that could occur when running a cash-basis tax report on payments allocated to invoices that contain tax packages that include multiple tax rates.
  • Fixed a bug where using the “Calculate Net & VAT Amounts From Gross Total” feature can incorrectly round the calculated amounts.
  • Fixed a crash that could occur when using “Add to found set…” from the list view.
  • Fixed a bug that could cause a scheduled workflow text message to open multiple times when you double-click on it in our Windows app.
  • Fixed a crash that could occur when trying to open the scheduling calendar availability preview.
  • Fixed a crash that could occur when trying to reschedule a workflow item.
  • Fixed a bug that could cause a one-time password to not get cleared from the database after it’s used.
