Linking your contact form with Light Blue

Light Blue makes it easy to connect your website’s contact form directly to your CRM, so new enquiries are captured automatically without manual data entry.

Whether you use Light Blue’s built-in contact forms, Gravity Forms, or another third-party form system, you can streamline your lead capture process and ensure no potential client gets overlooked.

This saves you time, keeps your workflow organised, and helps you respond to enquiries quickly—giving you the best chance of turning leads into bookings.

Using Light Blue’s built-in contact forms

You can quickly build your own forms within Light Blue, and then embed them within your own website.

All the details of the new enquiry will be added automatically to Light Blue. You can even send automatic replies, redirect them to a ‘Thank You’ webpage and add Workflows to the Enquiry to make things even more streamlined for you.

There’s also no limit to how many Forms you can create; particularly useful if you need to know different details depending on how they’ve got in touch or what type of package or photography they’re interested in.

Using Gravity Forms

Many photography businesses use the popular Gravity Forms plugin on WordPress to gather information about their clients.

By using our Light Blue Gravity Forms plugin, this information can seamlessly be sent straight to your Light Blue account.

Follow the Gravity Forms setup guide here.

Linking other third-party form systems

If you use a different form system on your website (e.g. a Squarespace form) then it’s possible to send new contact form submissions through to Light Blue via Zapier. This option requires the third party form system to have their own Zapier integration, which most of the good ones do.
